- Current lead source.
- Top three customer questions before buying.
- Top three reasons customers hesitate.
- Primary call to action: call, book, quote, buy, apply, register, or message.

## Website Content

- Approved business description.
- Service list.
- Pricing or quote policy.
- Locations served.
- Team bios, if relevant.
- Testimonials, reviews, certifications, and licenses.
- Photos, videos, or portfolio examples.
- FAQ answers.
- Privacy policy and terms links, if needed.

## Workflow Requirements

- What happens after a customer submits a lead.
- Who should receive notifications.
- CRM, spreadsheet, or inbox destination.
- Booking, payment, quote, or document collection requirements.
- Customer status updates needed.
- Admin users and access levels.

## Account Ownership

Default: the client owns the domain, critical business accounts, and production app store accounts. ClientOS Studio is invited with the access needed to build and operate the project.
